At SwingDesire Events, we put a lot of care into creating safe, private and well-planned lifestyle events for approved members and guests. Because every place is limited and planned in advance, please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing tickets.
By purchasing a ticket for a SwingDesire event, you agree to the terms below.
All event ticket purchases are non-refundable, except where an event is cancelled by SwingDesire or where we are legally required to provide a refund.
Tickets are reserved specifically for the person or membership account purchasing them and must not be resold, advertised, transferred or exchanged without prior written approval from SwingDesire.
We understand that plans can sometimes change. While refunds are not offered for guest cancellations, SwingDesire may allow a ticket to be transferred to a future SwingDesire event at our discretion.
Transfer requests should be made as early as possible and preferably at least 7 days before the event.
Ticket transfers are subject to availability, event suitability, membership approval and any price difference between events.
Unless agreed otherwise, each ticket may only be transferred once.
If you are unable to attend after purchasing a ticket, refunds will not be issued.
Failure to attend an event does not entitle you to a refund, partial refund, credit or replacement ticket.
Missed attendance without prior contact may affect future event invitations or booking decisions.
In the unlikely event that SwingDesire cancels an event, ticket holders will be offered either:
Ticket holders will be contacted using the email address provided during booking.
If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders may be offered the option to transfer their booking to the new date or to another suitable SwingDesire event.
Any options offered will be confirmed by email at the time of rescheduling.
SwingDesire events are designed for approved members and suitable guests.
Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee membership approval, event suitability or admission.
If a ticket is purchased and the purchaser is later declined membership before the event, SwingDesire will review the booking and may cancel the ticket and issue a refund where appropriate.
SwingDesire reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest from an event where we believe it is necessary to protect the safety, comfort, privacy, consent or enjoyment of others.

SwingDesire Events provide access to the venue, facilities, entertainment and event experience.
We do not guarantee any specific number of attendees, gender balance, social interaction, romantic connection, sexual connection, activity, performance, outcome or personal experience.
Personal enjoyment is subjective and does not constitute grounds for a refund.
If you have a concern about your booking, please contact SwingDesire before starting a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unreasonable, misleading or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension or removal from SwingDesire memberships, events and future bookings while the matter is investigated.
