SwingDesire is strictly for adults.

Applicants for SwingDesire Events Membership must be at least 21 years old.
By using SwingDesire, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirements and that any information you provide regarding your age is accurate.
Submission of a membership application does not guarantee acceptance.
All applications are reviewed individually and may be approved, declined or placed on hold at our discretion.
SwingDesire reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend or revoke memberships at its sole discretion in order to protect community standards and member safety.

Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information may result in your application being rejected or any membership being revoked.
To help maintain community safety and authenticity, we may require verification photographs or other information as part of the membership process.

All users, members and event attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards others.

Membership may be suspended or terminated at any time where necessary to protect the safety, wellbeing or enjoyment of other members.
You retain ownership of any content, photographs, profile information or other material you submit to SwingDesire.
By submitting content, you grant SwingDesire a non-exclusive licence to store, display and process that content for the purpose of operating the platform and related services.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure that you have the right to share it.
We take privacy seriously and encourage all members to respect the privacy of others.
You must not share screenshots, private conversations, photographs or personal information belonging to another member without their permission.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

The SwingDesire name, branding, logos, graphics, website design and content are owned by or licensed to Lovedo Ltd.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may suspend, modify or discontinue features without notice.

Members are expected to treat others with respect at all times.

SwingDesire provides opportunities for members to connect but cannot guarantee introductions, matches, relationships, friendships, event attendance or any specific outcome.
Photography may be present at selected SwingDesire events.
No photographs will be taken of attendees without their consent.
Members are expected to respect any photography rules in place at individual events.
Members are responsible for their own decisions, interactions and arrangements with other members.
While SwingDesire takes reasonable steps to maintain a safe community, we cannot guarantee the conduct, identity or intentions of any individual member.
What happens within the community should remain within the community.
Members must not disclose another member's identity, profile information, photographs, attendance at events, private messages, screenshots, event details or personal information without permission.
SwingDesire is launching soon, and early members will get first access when the platform opens.
Joining the launch list is completely private. We won’t spam you, sell your details, or share your information with anyone else. You’ll simply get a single email when SwingDesire is ready, so you can be among the first to join.
